Refund policy

Returns
All of our products, including wallpaper, are bespoke and made to order specifically for you. For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds once an order has gone into production.

We do, however, offer a 24-hour cooling-off period. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, provided they have not yet been sent to production. After this time, orders cannot be cancelled, amended, or refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you have received the incorrect item, contact us immediately, or within 28 days of delivery, so we can assess the issue and make it right.
